We buy cars

Sell it to us. You do not have to buy anything.

Bring the vehicle, the title and your ID. We will appraise it and put a written cash offer in front of you that stays valid for seven days or 500 miles. If you still owe money on it, we pay the lender directly.

How the number is built

No mystery, no theatre

A dealer starts from what the vehicle will realistically retail for locally, then subtracts reconditioning, the cost of holding it while it sells, and a margin. That is the whole formula.

Mileage vs age

Roughly 12,000 miles a year is the benchmark. Being well under it is worth real money.

Reported history

A reported accident costs value even after a perfect repair, because the report follows the car forever.

Reconditioning

Tyres, brakes and cosmetic work are immediate costs and come off close to dollar for dollar.

Two keys

A missing second key is a $200–$500 replacement on a modern vehicle and will be deducted.

Get more for it: five things worth doing first

  • Clean it properly, inside and out. A detail costs under $200 and reliably returns more than that.
  • Fix cheap cosmetic items — a burnt-out bulb, a missing cap, a torn wiper.
  • Do not do major mechanical work purely to sell. You rarely recover it.
  • Gather the title, both keys, the manual and every service record you have. Documentation converts an unknown into a known and is worth several hundred dollars on its own.
  • Get more than one offer. Written offers are competitive information, and dealers know it.

The Georgia tax angle: trading in at a licensed dealer reduces the value on which your TAVT is calculated when you buy. A private sale does not. That difference can be worth several hundred dollars, so a trade offer slightly below private-party money can still be the better outcome once tax and your time are counted.

Selling questions

Do your vehicles come with a warranty?

Every vehicle includes a limited powertrain warranty at no cost. Many newer units still carry the balance of the manufacturer’s factory coverage, which transfers to you. Extended service contracts are available and priced separately.

What does the pre-sale inspection cover?

A multi-point inspection covering brakes, tyres, suspension, fluids, battery health, cooling, drivetrain, all lights, HVAC output, and a full electronic diagnostic scan. Anything outside spec is repaired or the vehicle is not retailed.

Do you service vehicles you did not sell?

Yes. Our service bay handles routine maintenance, brakes, tyres, diagnostics and pre-purchase inspections for the public, not only for our customers.

How do I find out what my car is worth?

Submit the year, make, model, mileage and condition through our trade valuation form and we will return a real number, not a range. If you bring the vehicle in, the written offer is good for seven days or 500 miles.

Can I sell you my car if I still owe money on it?

Yes. We pay the lender directly. If the vehicle is worth more than the loan balance you receive the difference; if it is worth less, the shortfall can often be rolled into your next financing, though paying it down is cheaper.
