Buying a Vehicle

Do I need an appointment to see a vehicle?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. That said, booking a time means the vehicle is pulled up front, charged or fueled, and ready to drive when you arrive, which usually saves twenty to thirty minutes.

Can I take a test drive by myself?

Yes. Bring a valid driver’s license and we will hand you the keys for an unaccompanied test drive on a route of your choosing. We encourage taking it on GA-316 or I-85 so you hear it at highway speed, not just around the block.

Is the price on the website the price I pay?

The listed price is the vehicle price. On top of it you pay Georgia Title Ad Valorem Tax, a tag and title fee, and our documentation fee. There is no separate reconditioning charge, dealer prep fee, or market adjustment added at the desk.

Can I have the car inspected by my own mechanic?

Yes, and we recommend it. We will release any vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop of your choice. If a shop finds something we missed, we would rather know before you buy it than after.

Do you provide a vehicle history report?

Every vehicle on the lot comes with a free CARFAX or AutoCheck report, and we will send it to you before you drive out if you are shopping remotely. We do not stock salvage, rebuilt, flood or branded-title vehicles.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes, and you do not need to buy from us to sell to us. Bring the vehicle, the title and your ID and we will make a written cash offer that stays valid for seven days or 500 miles.

Can I buy a car if I live out of state?

Yes. We handle out-of-state paperwork regularly, can arrange enclosed or open transport, and will send a full walkaround video plus the history report before you commit. Temporary tags and title work are processed here.

Do you hold vehicles with a deposit?

We will hold a vehicle for up to 48 hours with a refundable deposit. Beyond that the vehicle goes back on the market — holding stock indefinitely is not fair to other buyers.

Renting a Vehicle

How old do I have to be to rent a car?

It depends on the class of vehicle, and it is our insurer setting the threshold rather than us. Standard cars sit at the lower end; full-size SUVs, luxury vehicles, trucks and large passenger vans sit higher. Tell us which vehicle you want and we will confirm the exact minimum age before you book.

What do I need to bring to pick up a rental?

A valid driver’s license that is not expired, proof of full-coverage insurance covering rentals, and a major credit or debit card in the renter’s own name for the security deposit. International renters should bring a passport and their home-country licence.

Do I need my own insurance to rent?

You need liability and physical damage coverage. Most personal auto policies extend to rental vehicles, and many credit cards add secondary coverage. If you do not have either, we can add a damage waiver to your rental agreement at the counter.

How many miles are included?

Standard rentals come with a daily mileage allowance that covers ordinary local driving, and rideshare rentals run unlimited. Additional miles bill per mile at the rate printed on your agreement. If you already know you have a long trip, ask about pre-purchasing a higher allowance — it is cheaper than paying the overage afterwards.

Can I rent a car for Uber or Lyft?

Yes. Our rideshare fleet is unlimited-mileage, already meets Uber and Lyft model-year requirements, and includes routine maintenance. These rent on weekly and monthly terms only — daily rideshare rentals do not work out financially for either side.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is planned as part of the rental launch — to Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL), DeKalb-Peachtree (PDK), Gwinnett County Airport and addresses across metro Atlanta, quoted by distance. It is not running yet. Tell us where you need the vehicle when you enquire and we will tell you plainly whether we can get it to you by then.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable hold rather than a charge, sized to the class of vehicle and quoted to you before you book. It is released when the vehicle comes back on time, undamaged and with the same fuel level it left with.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes — call or text before the return time and we will extend it if the vehicle is not reserved behind you. Extending before the deadline is always cheaper than a late return, which bills at the daily rate plus a late fee.

Is there a long-term or monthly rate?

Yes. Anything 28 days or longer prices at the monthly rate, which lands near half of the equivalent daily cost and includes routine maintenance. It is the practical answer for relocations, extended assignments and long insurance claims.

Financing & Credit

Can I get financed with bad credit?

Yes. We work with a panel of lenders that includes subprime and first-time-buyer programs. Credit score matters, but verifiable income, time on the job and down payment often matter more to the lenders we use.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

Our pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your score. A hard inquiry only happens once you choose a vehicle and ask us to submit a formal application. Multiple auto inquiries inside a 14-day window are treated as one by the major scoring models.

How much do I need for a down payment?

It depends on the lender, the vehicle and your credit profile. Many approvals land between ten and twenty percent. Some programs approve with nothing down; a larger down payment lowers both your payment and the total interest you pay.

Do you offer buy here pay here or in-house financing?

We place financing through outside lenders rather than carrying notes ourselves. In practice that works out better for the customer, because you get a normal auto loan that reports to the bureaus and builds your credit.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, and it does not change the price of the vehicle. Bring a cashier’s check or arrange a wire; large amounts of physical currency trigger federal reporting requirements that slow the delivery down.

Do you accept co-signers?

Yes. A co-signer with stronger credit frequently improves the rate enough to be worth the conversation, particularly for first-time buyers and recent graduates.

Service, Warranty & Trade

Do your vehicles come with a warranty?

Every vehicle includes a limited powertrain warranty at no cost. Many newer units still carry the balance of the manufacturer’s factory coverage, which transfers to you. Extended service contracts are available and priced separately.

What does the pre-sale inspection cover?

A multi-point inspection covering brakes, tyres, suspension, fluids, battery health, cooling, drivetrain, all lights, HVAC output, and a full electronic diagnostic scan. Anything outside spec is repaired or the vehicle is not retailed.

Do you service vehicles you did not sell?

Yes. Our service bay handles routine maintenance, brakes, tyres, diagnostics and pre-purchase inspections for the public, not only for our customers.

How do I find out what my car is worth?

Submit the year, make, model, mileage and condition through our trade valuation form and we will return a real number, not a range. If you bring the vehicle in, the written offer is good for seven days or 500 miles.

Can I sell you my car if I still owe money on it?

Yes. We pay the lender directly. If the vehicle is worth more than the loan balance you receive the difference; if it is worth less, the shortfall can often be rolled into your next financing, though paying it down is cheaper.
