What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about the vehicle or service you are enquiring about. Finance pre-qualification collects additional information required by lenders, including date of birth, address history, employment and income.
Our web server records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not operate advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, complete a transaction you have asked us to complete, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Finance application data is shared only with the lenders considering your application. Trade and appraisal data may be used to obtain wholesale valuations.
We do not sell customer data to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone who is not directly involved in fulfilling your request.
Communications and consent
By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about that enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us on the phone.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of local data to remember vehicles you have saved — that data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
If web analytics are enabled, they are configured to collect aggregate traffic data only.
Third-party content
Pages that show a map embed content from Google Maps, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Links to external review platforms and social networks are governed by those platforms' policies.
Your rights

Security
We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it to do their job, and we do not retain finance application documents longer than required. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send sensitive documents by unencrypted email.
