Electric, Hybrid or Petrol in Georgia? An Honest Comparison

Electric works if you can charge at home

Petrol still wins in three cases

• Heavy towing. Nothing in the affordable used market matches a diesel or large-displacement V8 for sustained towing.
• Very low annual mileage. Under about 7,000 miles a year, fuel savings never repay the price premium.
• Tight budgets. Under $15,000 the used petrol market simply offers more and better choices.
